GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SITE
The following are the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the www.waitaly.net site (the “Site”) which anyone who intends to navigate on the site (the “User”) must follow.
The use of the Site by the User constitutes acceptance of the relative General Conditions of use. If the User does not intend to accept these General Terms and Conditions of Use, it is sufficient for him to refrain from navigating the pages of the Site.
Author’s Rights and Trademark Rights
The content of the Site, all rights to the use of trademarks, copyright and any other related intellectual property rights, belong to WAI – Welcome Association Italy (“WAI”) as a direct property or an exclusive concession by the legitimate owners or those who provided the content. With the use of the Site or the services provided by it, the User does not acquire, neither explicitly or implicitly, any license relating to copyright, use of the trademark and / or any other right on intellectual property that are owned WAI or third party owners, neither now nor in the future.
Without prejudice to any further action, WAI reserves the right to revoke the User’s right of access, if it deems that the use of the Site or of the services provided by it is such as to violate the copyright, use of the trademark and / or any other intellectual property rights that are owned by WAI or third party owners.
The General Conditions can be modified by WAI at any time without notice, without prejudice to the User’s burden to view it periodically and in any case before accessing the contents of the Site.
Limitation of liability
The User assumes full responsibility for the use of the Site. The information sent or received during use of the Site may not be safe and be intercepted, violated and / or altered by unauthorized third parties.
WAI does not declare and does not guarantee that the Site will not contain malfunctions, interruptions, errors, omissions or loss of information transmitted, or that no viruses will be transmitted to the Site. Use of the Site is at your own risk; therefore, to the maximum extent permitted by the mandatory laws, WAI will not be liable to the User and to third parties for any reason.

The User undertakes to indemnify, hold harmless and defend WAI and / or any third party holders, in the event of claims for damages, questions, legal actions, debts, losses or liabilities, including legal fees, where the action is based , originates or refers to violations of these General Conditions by the User or anyone using his password or account.
Applicable law and competent court
These General Conditions will be subject to Italian law and will be interpreted according to the same. The competent court to hear about any dispute arising with reference to these General Conditions as well as any other agreement that refers to them, will be the Court of Rome. By virtue of the application of Italian law, in the event of any conflict of interpretation between the Italian version and the English version of these General Terms and Conditions of Use, the Italian version will prevail.
