Art in La Casa Internazionale delle Donne in Rome

The Welcome Association Italy trade union, which has always been involved in assisting Italian and foreign citizens, has repeatedly promoted artistic and social events. It was an exhibition by the artist Viviane Ortega. The Artist Viviane Ortega is a Swiss artist and student who lives in Rome. After traveling around the world, the artist settled in Italy, in the Rome branch of the John Cabot University, where she is studying Art in English Literature, Psychology, Art, and Design.   The art The young Swiss artist has always cultivated various interests, among these, in recent years, painting has taken over, becoming a real passion. Among the many works, the "Come What May" collection stands out, a collection of paintings focused on the many stories that the artist, directly or indirectly, has seen and experienced in his travels.   The collection The Swiss artist's paintings are full of symbols and meanings that intertwine as if to compose a larger picture. The collection could be defined as a real story, a story, in which each painting represents or refers to the main human emotions: love, disappointment, hope and pain. At the heart of the collection's artistic thinking is a simple question, which encompasses the whole meaning of the work, namely "the dream of Illusion or the illusion of the dream?". which imposes on the young Swiss artist a continuous search for an answer in her paintings. In the "Come What May" collection, each work conveys mixed feelings, and the public's perception necessarily becomes relative. Ortega has achieved his goal.   Welcome ARTS Italy The success and participation in the exhibition are the result of the efforts of the artist, the Welcome Association Italy trade union, and the American Club of Rome.
